The purpose of this scene was just to confuse straight people into thinking spooning is something that it’s not. It's a scene from the HBO television series called Oz, a prison drama about a maximum security prison. There were lots of scenes like this. Lots of male nudity, and guy-on-guy kissing and sex. It's not from a porn movie. One of the weirdest, most unexpected endings of a television series you'll ever see. Way better than GOT, or other modern television series, with the exceptions of maybe Breaking Bad and Ozark.
